The Company is prepared to introduce the following service to the market:
Mobile Notary Public: A legally appointed professional who serves as an impartial witness to the signing of important documents, verifying the identity of all participants and ensuring the authenticity of signatures and detecting fraud or coercion during the signing process.
Texas Mobile Notary Public’s Notaries are not attorneys or a law office; we are not licensed to practice law in Texas and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Under the Texas Admin. Code 87.43, A Notary Public is prohibited by law to act in the capacity of an attorney, give advice in preparing legal documents, issue identification cards, distribute confidential information or perform any notarial act unless the signer is present
Notary Services / Notary Service Fee
- First signature of each individual $6
- Each additional signature of each individual $1
- Administering an oath or affirmation $6
- Taking the deposition of witness, for each 100 words $0.50
- Swearing a witness to a deposition $6
- Protesting a bill or note $4
- Each additional notice of protest $1
- Protesting in all other cases $4
- Certified copy (copies not included, must be made by the notary) $6
- Uncertified copy of an entry from a notary’s record book, per page $0.50
- All notarial acts not provided for $6
Travel Fee
Travel plus mileage $25
Medical Records Copying Charges
- Medical records affidavits $15.00
- in addition to copying and mailing charges
- copying charges $25 for the first 20 pages
- $.50 per page for every copy thereafter.
- Mailing charges are the actual cost of mailing or shipping the record

- Single Loan Closing (15 miles of travel included) $150
- Additional related (Piggy back loan) Loan Closing $35
- Additional unrelated Loan Closing at same location $50
- Printing of electronic documents, up to 200 pages $25
- Printing additional pages, per page $0.25
- Fax up to 15 pages $20
- Travel and non-closing fee. This fee is due if notary travels to location and borrower refuses to sign. $100
- Cancellation Fee applied with 2-hours or less notice. $35
